What information do we collect?

When you use the contact form, we process the information you provide yourself: name, company name, email address, phone number and your description of the matter. The information is used only to answer your enquiry and provide a quote — never for newsletters or resale.

Legal basis and retention period

The processing is based on legitimate interest (answering your enquiry) and steps taken in preparation for an agreement. Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. If you become a client, the retention periods set out in accounting and anti-money-laundering legislation apply instead.

Who do we share information with?

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox via an email forwarding service. We never sell personal data and do not share it with third parties beyond the suppliers required to run the website and email.

Cookies

This website does not use any tracking or marketing cookies. No visitor statistics are collected and no data is shared with advertising networks.

The website's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when the page loads. No other external requests are made during normal browsing.
